Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

•    To assist and support Country Security Lead/Area Security Manager in dealing with Security providers, vendors, consultants in the supply of static guards, security escort services and other logistical equipment
•    To assist Country Security Lead/Area Security Manager in an investigation related to Security, Safety, Property Damaged and staff disciplinary incident.
•    To liaise with external customers for daily security operation issue and improvement.
•    To ensure Security Health Check to all the Security System in good order by verifying Security Health Check prepared by Security Controller.
•    To perform activation and deactivation of Access Card for the new Joiner/Resigned staff.
•    To assist Country Security Lead in conducting audits/risk scan assessments as per DSC Regional requirements
•    To maintain documentation in preparing for An Internal/External Auditors
•    To maintain good communications with internal and external customer to ensure that DSC are in adherence to customer’s security requirements
•    To monitor the performance of Security Personnel in ensuring all the SOPs been adhered without compromising
•    To maintain Security documentation including inventory of asset
•    To verify duty Security personnel duty Roster and maintaining the Kronos System in ensuring compliance.
Process
•    To assist and support Country Security Lead/Area Security Manager to conduct Security Induction, SAFE and crime prevention programs for DSC Viet Nam
•    To conduct investigations into all crime, loss and damage related matters by viewing CCTV, gathering documentation
•    To ensure security SOPs to ensure that all security process are followed and adhered to.
•    To assist and support Country Security Lead/Area Security Manager reduce preventable negligence by security personnel causing losses to DSC VN.
•    To effectively supervise a team of DSC security personnel and maintain High security standards for DSC VN.
•    To assist in providing security solutions proposal when needed.
•    To assist and support Country Security Lead/Area Security Manager in ensuring all departments within DSC adhere to the security process.
•    To assist and support Country Security Lead/Area Security Manager to conduct Security related training for all employees / contract staff.

• Basic Knowledge on TAPA Freight Security Requirement (FSR) and TAPA Transport Security Requirement (TSR).
• Basic Security System Knowledge CCTV, IDAS ACCESS control system.
• Proactive approach to crime prevention and reduction
• Business: 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics/ Manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in related industry.
