Role Summary
The Security Lead (L3) is responsible for designing, implementing, and securing enterprise IT and OT (Operational Technology) networks. This role focuses on firewalling, segmentation, inter-VRF routing, and securing industrial environments such as ICS/SCADA networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure network architectures for IT and OT environments
- Firewall configuration, network segmentation, and Inter-VRF routing
- Secure IT–OT integration using DMZs, ACLs, and security zones
- OT / Industrial Network Security for ICS and SCADA environments
- Incident response, security RCA, and change management
- Collaborate with network teams on secure routing and data center designs
- Implement and maintain security policies across enterprise and industrial networks
OT & Security Expertise
- Design and secure IT–OT networks with proper segmentation
- Awareness of industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and Profinet
- Secure OT environments using firewalls, DMZs, and access control mechanisms
Experience & Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in network and security engineering
Preferred Certifications
- CCNP Security / CCIE Security
- JNCIP / JNCIE Security
- OT Security / IEC 62443
- F5 Security-related certifications
