Role & Responsibilities The Associate at True Search will act as a key team member working alongside Partners & Principals in search execution. Over the course of a search, an effective Associate conducts research, builds target company lists, sources and screens candidates and manages the majority of data entry into our database, Thrive TRM. An Associate on the pathway to Senior Associate should own the entire candidate pipeline, the majority of candidate relationships and have more ownership on key search related activities with less Partner oversight.
