As a Customer Care Expert in our Sea Logistics team, you’ll be the voice of Kuehne+Nagel for our customers, ensuring their shipments are handled with care, precision, and a proactive attitude.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team, supporting customers throughout their shipment journey, solving problems before they arise, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
How you create impact
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and positive experience
- Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates and prevent potential issues
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Capture and manage customer requirements in internal systems
- Investigate and resolve service deviations quickly and effectively
- Support claims handling and contribute to reporting activities
- Identify and drive continuous improvements in customer service processes
What we would like you to bring
- Strong written communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to produce timely and accurate monthly reports
- Understanding of, and adherence to, QSHE policies and procedures
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to contribute to an efficient and professional service environment
- Basic knowledge of multimodal freight and logistics is preferred
