Scrum Master/ Lead Test Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join CSG Systems, Inc. as a Scrum Master/Lead QA. This dual-role position will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes within development teams while also leading quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile Principles
- Extensive experience in Software Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Debugging and problem-solving
- Solid understanding of Software Architectures and Software Design principles
- Experience in the Software Development lifecycle
- Experience in leveraging UI tools for efficient and thorough test case identification, writing and execution
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills
- A passion for Mentoring and fostering team growth
