School Office Administrator

Saint Raphael Catholic School is seeking a joyful, organized, and mission-driven Office Administrator to serve as the welcoming face and operational heartbeat of our PreK–8 classical Catholic school. At Saint Raphael, we are more than a school; we are a vibrant, faithfully Catholic community dedicated to forming young people in truth, beauty, and goodness. Our next Office Administrator will play a key role in advancing that mission by creating a warm, joyful, professional, and faith-filled front office experience for students, families, faculty, and visitors.

Position Overview

The Office Administrator manages the daily operations of the school office and serves as the first point of contact for our community. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a joyful, service-oriented disposition. Salary range is $40,000-$50,000 based on experience.  PTO benefits as negotiated. Included in employment is a generous tuition package for children that attend Saint Raphael Catholic School. Medical and dental coverage included.
