Amplar Home Health is seeking a motivated and detail-orientated oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our Home and Allied Health team. This role is key to ensuring seamless service delivery through the effective intake, administration, scheduling and allocation of Allied and Home Health referrals. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage intake and administration of Allied Health referrals, liaising with referrers  

  • Develop, release and adjust schedules and rosters to support timely, efficient service delivery. 

  • Ensure alignment with program parameters, contractual KPIs and staffing requirements. 

  • Maintain governance, accuracy and documentation for rostering and scheduling processes. 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise workforce capacity and reduce cost. 

  • Build effective relationships with internal teams, external providers and brokerage networks. 

 

What You Bring 

  • Experience scheduling or in a large-scale planning or rostering environment. 

  • Strong Excel skills; exposure to Access or SQL highly regarded. 

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset. 

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast paced environment. 

  • High attention to detail, resilience and a proactive, solutions focused attitude. 

 

Desirable 

  • Experience with hospital or community health rostering or scheduling. 

  • Strong analytical capability and stakeholder communication skills. 

  • Knowledge of rostering principles, logic and best practice.
