Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up and/or program machines for production and assembly as assigned, assure and support process release.
- Set up the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences.
- Oversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure.
- Support Operators in operating the machines, and cooperate with maintenance staff, if necessary.
- Check finished product/product component and submit for approval.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Your Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English
- Ability to operate complex machinery for use in inspection
- Good visual acuity
- Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with power tools
- Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
