The Role
We are looking for an experienced Scenic Project Manager to lead the delivery of scenic fabrication projects from workshop through to installation. This role is focused on hands on project execution, site leadership, and ensuring every scenic build is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Working closely with Scenic Production Managers, you will take ownership of the delivery phase of projects, acting as the senior onsite representative and key point of contact for clients during build and install. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, organised approach, you will ensure projects are finished beautifully, installed correctly, and handed over with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver scenic fabrication projects from workshop through to onsite installation
Act as the senior onsite representative and main client contact during delivery
Lead installations, coordinating teams, contractors, and logistics
Ensure scenic builds are installed safely, on time, and to a high standard
Oversee snagging and finishing with strong attention to detail
Maintain clear communication between workshop, production, and suppliers
Champion Health and Safety and environmental standards onsite
