SB Supply Chain Intern - Summer 2026 (Nashville)

Position Description: Assist with and learn coordination and distribution of information for SourceBlue products and services, work across entire business team. Essential Duties Key Responsibilities: Assist and support Supply Chain heat mapping, vendor database, resiliency systems, equipment tracking, and other duties to support development of business products and services. Assist closeout process and preparation of final records for projects (e.g., Requests for Information (RFIs), closeout records, warranties, as-builts, spare parts) and evaluate information to compliance with contract documents. Assist with data entry to update and maintain master procurement data (e.g., pricing, contracts, delivery schedules). Assist with preparation and analysis of business reports and estimates for vendor changes. Visit project sites to observe quality and placement of products. Visit manufacturers’ factories to observe Factory Witness Tests and learn about product development and specifications. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
