Sap Tm Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Transport Management (TM) and Procurement (MM). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA TM implementations, rollouts, and support, along with deep knowledge of end-to-end transportation and logistics processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA TM implementations, rollouts, and AMS support
- Configure and manage end-to-end TM processes (inbound & outbound logistics)
- Work on Freight Unit (FU), Freight Order (FO), Freight Booking, and FUBR (Freight Unit Building Rules)
- Configure rate management, including carrier freight agreements, calculation sheets, rate tables, and scales
- Design and implement tendering processes (manual/automatic) and LBN integration
- Work on transportation planning for multiple modes (Road FTL/LTL, Rail, Ocean)
- Handle third-party integrations (e.g., DHL, CEVA, Kuehne, Project44, Ortec, etc.)
- Design solutions for logistics execution, appointment scheduling, and optimization
- Work on BRF+ for organizational determination and rule-based configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with MM, SD, FI, EWM, and ACM
- Prepare functional specifications (FS) and support enhancements
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare activities
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and end-user training
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM (Transport Management)
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA TM implementation projects
- Good exposure to SAP MM (Procurement) and P2P processes
- Strong knowledge of integration with SAP modules (SD, FI, EWM, ACM)
- Experience with third-party system integrations and APIs
- Expertise in rate management, planning, and tendering processes
- Experience in BRF+ and TM master data configuration
- Strong experience in transportation scenarios (Road, Rail, Ocean)
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and testing tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN)
- Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Experience in global rollout and transformation projects
- Knowledge of EDI/IDOCs and interface integrations
- SAP TM or S/4HANA certification (preferred)
