Key Responsibilities:
Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.
