SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (m/f/d)

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

As a Solution Architect (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations for our clients.
You analyze various customer requirements and develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules based on these insights.
You define integration scenarios with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
You act as the primary contact for individual module leads regarding integrative scenarios and coordinate them within the overall solution architecture.
You confidently present the system architecture to different stakeholders, building trust in both the solution and its implementation.
In workshops and training sessions, you share your expertise and empower customers and project teams for success.
In addition, you work closely with module leads, consultants, developers and project managers to ensure smooth implementations.

You have at least five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on solution architecture.
You possess a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities – ideally including SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.
You are able to clearly explain complex topics and confidently present them to a wide range of stakeholders.
You are experienced in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.
You have strong conceptual skills and enjoy solving even complex problems.
