SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (m/f/d)
The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.
- As a Solution Architect (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations for our clients.
- You analyze various customer requirements and develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules based on these insights.
- You define integration scenarios with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
- You act as the primary contact for individual module leads regarding integrative scenarios and coordinate them within the overall solution architecture.
- You confidently present the system architecture to different stakeholders, building trust in both the solution and its implementation.
- In workshops and training sessions, you share your expertise and empower customers and project teams for success.
- In addition, you work closely with module leads, consultants, developers and project managers to ensure smooth implementations.
- You have at least five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on solution architecture.
- You possess a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities – ideally including SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.
- You are able to clearly explain complex topics and confidently present them to a wide range of stakeholders.
- You are experienced in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.
- You have strong conceptual skills and enjoy solving even complex problems.
