You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business and functional requirements, translate them into robust SuccessFactors design documents, and ensure that solutions are configured to deliver maximum value. Your deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and your ability to interpret client needs will play a pivotal role in designing effective and efficient solutions. In addition to hands-on configuration, this role offers the opportunity to lead functional workstreams or small teams on longer-term projects.
