Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. SAP CRM/SD module maintenance.

2. Optimize ASIS process. Design and deliver high quality solutions for supporting overall business activities.

3. Support new function implementation and co-work with other modules/applications.

4. Participate in regional/global project assignments.

5. Provide timely and efficient first tier support.

6. Performance analysis and investigation into root cause of system issues, and propose solutions.

7. Execute or coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

8. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. BS/MS degree and 4+ year or more business/technical experience in SAP SD.

2. Experience in global manufacturing enterprise is preferred.

3. SAP CRM knowledge is a plus.

4. Understanding the integration with MM, PP, FI/CO.

5. The ability to perform SAP development components is required.
