YOUR JOB

As Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the integration of different e-commerce and CRM applications throughout our customers IT-landscapes. Your responsibilities will include the conception, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end integrations tailored to each customer’s unique needs. On the way to doing so you will collaborate closely with our engineers, product managers and stakeholders on client side.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

Developing high-quality, scalable, and reliable integration use cases working with and configuring of products from the SAP CX & CRM Portfolio (CDC, CDP, Emarsys, Integration Suite etc.).
Documentation and troubleshooting of said integrations to ensure a successful operability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design software solutions
Continuous training on product developments and updates, and completing corresponding certifications
