Job Overview: As a part of the cbs technical team – we custom ERP developments, integration projects, and cloud apps for our global and internal customers. We create concepts, execute the implementation, and manage our projects. We are responsible for all phases of the software and project lifecycle based on our project methodology. To expand our local team in cbs APAC, we are looking for an SAP Solution Consultant/ Solution Architect (ABAP).

Position: SAP Solution Consultant/ Solution Architect

Modules: ABAP/ Cloud Platform/ BTP/ MUST Understand Business processes

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (candidate must be willing to relocate to Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse functional requirements, create technical design and approach for complex IT solutions.

• Implement solutions independently using state-of-the-art programming languages (ABAP 7.4+, CDS, SAPUI5, Java Script) and tools (SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, ABAP Workbench)

• Participate in an Agile software development cycle and collaborate with project managers as well as functional counterparts.

• Write technical documentation and test scripts.

• Share knowledge and experience with colleagues.

• Contribute to cbs best practices and methodologies.

• For Solution Architects,

• Perform architectural, technology and functional consulting in global SAP template and rollout projects, as well as being involved in areas such as customer support and project coordination.

• Act as technical team lead for the requested deliverables which includes adhering to the timeline, effort and assuring quality.

• Lead part of the software development cycle participating in tasks such as establishment of development guidelines, documentation standards, quality assurance, coaching of junior colleagues, and communication with relevant stakeholders

• Collaborate with the onsite European team.

• Evaluate new SAP technologies and supporting build know-how in these areas, integrate into cbs processes.

• Be responsible for a team of developers involving tasks such as team supervision/guidance, definition of work packages, coordination and controlling tasks within projects.

• Coach colleagues in functional, technical, and methodical topics.

• For the technology area, be responsible for cbs projects and customers as well as engage in pre-sales support in all kinds of SAP technology topics.
