Preferred Work Experience

  • 5 years+ of experience in P2P (Accounts Payables) End-to-End Process
  • Experience in process improvements, transformation, best practices and bench marking
  • Experience in driving organization processes along with change management, transformation
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.

Managerial Requirements

  • Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members and stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Technical Competencies

  • Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including invoice processing, payments, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and related P2P digital solutions.
  • Experience in system integration, requirement gathering, and validation of deliverables from System Integrators (SIs)
  • Familiarity with global finance and procurement standards, policies, and best practices.

 

Required Functional skills

  • At least 3-6 years of work experience as SAP S/4 HANA FI Functional Consultant
  • Defining system and user acceptance test cases and approach.
  • Demand /Requirement Management - Ensure daily monitoring of assigned Incidents and Change Requests to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches.
  • S4 HANA Autobank, Payments, Vendor master data connection, Payable posting, interface postings knowledge.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Maintain and implement configuration changes to the S4HANA design to support the requirements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform test scenarios and conduct thorough testing to validate the accuracy and completeness of SAP S4HANA Finance configurations in compliance with Controlling requirements.
  • Strong experience in core modules MM, PM, VIM, AP and ARIBA
  • Knowledge of payment program for vendor and customers (F110) and payment order (F111) along with DME.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Participate in important client engagement teams regarding the implementation of mainly SAP S/4 HANA Finance - Simple Finance - FICO.
  • Creating and handling Technical & process related documentations.
  • Comfortable working in complex environments that includes multiple teams at onsite and offshore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities in multi-cultural and international environments, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively as part of large program teams.
  • Manage and coach junior consulting resources.
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • SAP & Ariba Certifications (Preferred):
    • SAP S/4HANA Procurement or Finance Certification
    • Ariba Procurement & Invoicing Certification
    • SAP FI/MM Modules Training or Certification
