Your new role and environment.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of HR Tech initiatives across a complex enterprise landscape revolving around SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll plan, execute, and land projects that involve high levels of system integration and Identity & Access Management (IAM), partnering closely with HR, Security, Architecture, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities of your role.

• Own the project lifecycle from intake to hypercare for SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and deliver scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate integration designs across APIs/events/ETL, with the corresponding teams.
• Work with Security/IAM on SSO, RBAC/ABAC, provisioning/de‑provisioning.
• Manage scope, schedule, RAID, budget, vendor SOWs, test strategy, and deployment.
• Facilitate steering updates and stakeholder management.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory expectations.
• Support change management and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement.

Requirements.

• 5–7+ years IT Project Management.
• Experience leading SAP or SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Understanding of complex IT landscapes with integrations and IAM.
• Familiar with delivery tooling (Azure DevOps/Jira, etc.).

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Retail industry exposure.
• HR data domain knowledge.
• Certifications (PMP, Prince2, SAP Activate, etc.).
• ServiceNow familiarity.
