Your role

You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and management of master data projects. You always focus on the optimal implementation and optimization of the respective concepts and processes
You are actively involved in topics such as data modeling and designing a data architecture
You set new standards with a project for the implementation of global MDM governance. At the same time, you will develop concepts and strategies for optimizing a global MDM
You work on the continuous improvement of master data processes and drive them forward
You will be responsible for coordinating and agreeing all requirements with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring that they are implemented
You gently drive the conversion and implementation of our SAP data structure with a strong change character
You enjoy acting as an interface to business process governance roles and business units and are happy to advise relevant colleagues across all specialist areas as a coach

Your profile

You describe yourself as a specialist in MDM, data governance and data migration and have already proven this in the past
In addition to experience in project work/management, you are very familiar with data and process modeling
You are confident in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as SAP/MM or S4HANA, ideally you are familiar with the order-to-cash and source-to-pay processes
You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or have completed technical training or a comparable qualification
You enjoy thinking about complex processes in depth and have a technical understanding
You are a talented communicator and know how to convince others, whether in German or English

Responsibilities

Work with business functions and process experts to resolve material master data issues and to drive process digitization.
Ensure data quality of material master data across business systems & support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed.
Train business functions on material master data requirements, governance, and activities as needed.
Testing, and implementation of new process and/or enhancements to the systems that support material master data.
Troubleshoot material master data related problems, identify root causes and initiate corrective actions.
It is a plus if you also have experience with basic customizing in SAP, such as BRF+ or table entries.
