SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Technical Consultant

We are looking for an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions.
• Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms.
• Experience with SCORM and Learning optimization.
• Experience with SAP HCM Talent Management (incl. Performance Management, Talent Conferences).
• Integration experience (HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems).
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Very good German (B2+)
