Position Type: Mid to Senior - Individual Contributor

2 Available Headcounts: 1 - PA, OM, and PY / 1 - SF, EC, and PY

Base Salary: Php 140,000 - Php 220,000

About the Job:

Be part of our client's team as a SAP HCM Consultant, where you'll provide remote consulting services for SAP add-on solutions during project implementations. A strong knowledge of SAP HCM (HR and/or Payroll), ideally as a former consultant or ABAP Developer is key, and experience with SuccessFactors is a big plus. The role also includes tasks like functional design, testing, configuration, creating end-user documentation, and providing internal/external training.

The position requires consulting experience or strong analytical skills, particularly in SAP HR modules and best practices. The candidate should have a solid foundation in SAP HR to adapt and integrate our add-on solutions and handle various remote consulting tasks (e.g., product setup, configuration, solution build, parallel testing, etc.).
