Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Configure and customize FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
- Handle GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting processes
- Work on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Perform system configuration, testing (UT/SIT/UAT), and deployment
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Integrate SAP FICO with other modules like MM, SD, PP
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
- Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Good knowledge of Asset Accounting (AA) and Bank Accounting
- Hands-on experience in Controlling (CO) modules
- Experience with integration between FI and other SAP modules
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance and accounting
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration
- Knowledge of Fiori Apps for Finance
- Exposure to Central Finance / Group Reporting
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
