SAP FICO Functional Analyst
Responsibilities
Work closely with multi-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
Design solutions for Finance, Accounting, Taxation, planning and reporting processes using best in class SAP and related technologies
Track and report project status updates to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Help drive project execution to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Build and nurture relationships across departments to support team alignment and success.
Masters in Business Administration (MBA or equivalent) preferably majoring in finance with up to 2 years of experience in SAP FICO.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex projects across internal and external teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Foundational understanding of business processes in order to cash (O2C) procure to pay(P2P) and record to report(R2R) functions.
Good conceptual understanding of all Accounting and Financial concepts
Basic understanding of Cost and Management reporting functions
Prior experience and end-user working knowledge in ERP systems and Financial tools during CA apprenticeship
Prior experience or certification in SAP or other ERP applications is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and cloud platforms.
Good ability to tailor and communicate information for various collaborators.
Quick learner with a passion for new technologies.
Professional experience in project management.
