Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Expert with strong administrative and troubleshooting capabilities across SAP Business Technology Platform services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing global account structures, subaccounts, integrations, security configurations, and supporting multiple SAP cloud services.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can stabilize platform operations, manage configurations, and support cross-system integrations while ensuring security, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

BTP Administration

• Manage Global Account and Subaccount configurations
• Handle entitlements and service allocations, including impact on billing and CPEA usage
• Provision and manage services across subaccounts
• Maintain destinations and connectivity configurations

Security & Identity Management

• Configure and manage Trust between Subaccounts and IAS
• Handle Role Collections and mapping with Entra ID Groups
• Manage user and group synchronization (Entra IAS SAP systems)
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO across SAP applications

Integration & Connectivity

• Support SAP CPI (Integration Suite) for troubleshooting and artifact management
• Manage security materials, certificates, and connectivity artifacts in CPI
• Work with Cloud Connector for on-premise integrations (in coordination with Basis team)
• Create and maintain destinations across subaccounts

Transport & Lifecycle Management

• Configure and troubleshoot cTMS (Cloud Transport Management Service)
• Support deployment and movement of artifacts across landscapes

SAP Cloud Services Support

• Configure and support:
• SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (SSO, user sync)
• SAP Work Zone (Advanced Edition) administration & content management
• SAP Build Process Automation (Admin level)
• HANA Cloud services
• Adobe Forms Service

Additional Responsibilities

• Understand capacity-based consumption models (BDC)
• Support Work Zone integrations and SSO with multiple systems
• Handle authorization concepts and access controls
• Work on queues, topics, and event-driven concepts (if applicable)
• Stay updated and quickly adapt to new BTP services and tools

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP BTP Administration & Platform Management
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Global Account & Subaccount architecture
• IAS, IPS, and Entra ID integrations
• Destinations, Trust Configurations, Role Collections
• Experience with CPI troubleshooting (development not mandatory)
• Familiarity with cTMS, Cloud Connector, and SSO configurations
• Exposure to Datasphere, SAC, Work Zone, and HANA Cloud
• Understanding of security, authentication, and authorization concepts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Good to Have

• Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Knowledge of Joule (SAP AI capabilities)
• Exposure to event mesh / messaging (queues & topics)
• Familiarity with IPS transformations
