  1. 5-12 years experience in SAP BASIS with experience in S/4 HANA systems administration along with HANA Database.
  2. Has worked in support projects including upgrades, system refreshes, etc.
  3. Good experience in SAP technical architecture and all the technical configurations of ABAP and JAVA systems.
  4. Excellent troubleshooting skills in handling P1/P2/P3 incidents while analyzing and resolving technical issues related to performance, dumps, job failures, memory, etc.
  5. Should have good communication skills and learning attitude and must have proactive problem-solving approach.
  6. Expertise in System Installations, Upgrades, System Refreshes and SAP-BASIS Day to day technical activities.
  7. Should be good in STMS setup in complex environments. Role & responsibilities
