What you will do

1. Employee & Manager Support

  • Provide end-to-end support for employee and manager HR inquiries, ensuring requests are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
  • Guide employees/managers on HR topics (e.g., performance management, policies, payroll, benefits), promoting HR Portal and self-service.
  • Support employees and managers in navigating HR systems and accessing relevant resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and requests, ensuring data integrity in HR systems.

2. HR Operations

  • Execute lifecycle operations: hiring & onboarding, changes/letters, time & leave, benefits updates, contract management, exit/offboarding.
  • Prepare and validate HR documents, approvals, and workflows in line with harmonized policies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data-privacy requirements in assigned countries.
  • Support the rollout of new HR processes/tools; contribute ideas to improve efficiency and quality.

3. Manager Support & Engagement

  • Guide managers to use CoE processes and self-service for recruitment, onboarding, performance, PIP, etc.
  • Support local site engagement activities (e.g., townhalls) with office/site managers.

4. Country-Specific Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll, benefits, government reporting, and leave management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Manage local HR vendors as needed to support HR service delivery.
  • Support headcount planning, personal expenses, and budget/forecast activities in partnership with Strategic HR Partners & HR Analytics.
  • Stay up to date with local policies and labor law requirements, ensuring compliance and documenting changes.

5. Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and insight-gathering to enhance processes/tools.
  • Share knowledge/best practices; provide backup coverage for colleagues when needed.

Based in Manila, the People Solutions Specialist will ensure that employees and managers receive timely, accurate, and professional HR support, contributing to an excellent employee experience. This role is responsible for handling HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, promoting self-service tools, and maintaining compliance with local requirements. The People Solutions Specialist also supports process improvement initiatives and collaborates with regional colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

What you will bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR generalist, HR operations, or HR service delivery experience.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations in assigned country/region.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and digital HR tools.
  • Strong customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a regional HR team.
  • Proficiency in English and local language(s).
