The Sales Support Consultant owns the governance, and interpretation of sales pipeline and forecasts, ensuring consistency across Sales team and Finance. This role is critical in enabling leadership to actively manage the business through data‑driven insights, forward‑looking scenarios, and clear performance narratives.The role also includes leading and junior analysts, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize sales operations.
This position works with a high level of autonomy, provides context‑based insights to leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial analysis, or related fields
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Advanced command of Excel (macros, formulas, automations), plus experience with Power BI or other analytics tools.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong business acumen, ability to understand commercial context, and capability to propose value‑added solutions
- Advanced English required.
Impact You'll Make:
- Partner with CRO, Sales Leadership, and Finance to define, govern, and continuously improve pipeline structure, sales stages, and forecast methodology
- Lead the development, consolidation, and analysis of weekly and monthly forecasts, providing strategic insights and scenario‑based recommendations to Sales Leaders and Finance
- Translate sales targets and financial objectives into operational metrics, dashboards, and management insights that enable proactive business steering
- Ensure data quality, governance, and discipline in Salesforce, driving pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
- Provide leadership with forward‑looking insights to anticipate risks, course‑correct performance, and support sustainable revenue growth
- Guide and mentor analysts, setting clear standards for insight generation
- Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders through Salesforce and other systems, identifying recurring issues and developing structural solutions that enhance customer and internal experience
- Lead or participate in process‑improvement initiatives related to sales operations, forecasting, and reporting
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
