What you’ll do: · Prepare and issue quotations for KAM, Inside Sales, and Field Sales teams or any person within the Sales structure. · Provide administrative support and maintain close collaboration. · Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns or inquiries related to the services provided. · Coordinate communication with customs brokers and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information. · Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of quotations, hit ratios, and response times. · Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and follow up on quotation requests. · Support the implementation of new business initiatives and new accounts. · Participate in internal and external meetings and prepare reports and presentations. · Register new customers both internally and with customs brokers. · Keep sales data updated in Salesforce and ensure accuracy in reporting.
