This role The Growth Manager is responsible for driving PayJoy’s highest-priority sales growth initiatives by strengthening field execution systems, building high-performing merchant partners, accelerating merchant network expansion, and leading cross-functional programs that increase originations per store. This role will be assigned a rotating portfolio of the most critical projects required to achieve PayJoy Philippines’ growth aspirations.
