Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will attain both qualitative and quantitative sales targets, promoting sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your skills by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Buildings Business to be based at Vadodara, Gujarat.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and facilitating the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the role:
- B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contractors, builders, architects, and installer channels.
- Proficient in customer engagement, channel partner management, and order generation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Solid knowledge of Low Voltage Switchgear (LVSG) products and applications.
- Ability to enhance business development through effective channel handling and market coverage.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and supporting sales through technical understanding.
