Responsibilities
High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)
Follow our proven sales process
Train with your coach daily
100+ Dials per day
Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
Admin work for data collection

5 sales per day
80% show rate
40% close rate
Requirements
6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business
Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
Open to learning new processes in sales
Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
Excellent communication skills
Compensation
Base: £12,000 per year (paid in ZAR equivalent)
On‑target earnings (OTE): £35,000–£45,000 per year once fully ramped
