This field‑based role combines consultative selling, technical demonstrations, and customer feedback to drive measurable growth within an assigned territory. The position offers high autonomy, flexibility, and ownership while partnering with a remote manager and cross‑functional teams.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors within the territoryConduct on‑site product demonstrations, trials, and training at job sitesIdentify and progress conversion opportunities from trial to recurring businessGather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and applicationsCollaborate with Sales Account Managers on account plans and growth initiativesMonitor territory activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM toolsSupport new product launches through field validation and customer engagementEnsure compliance with safety practices while working at heights and job sitesMinimum RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical trainingExperience: 3+ years in sales, customer support, or field‑based construction rolesSkills: Ability to present and demonstrate products clearly to customersCertifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territoryWork Authorization: Authorization to work in the country of employmentPreferred RequirementsEducation: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business fieldExperience: Background in construction or roofing products or servicesSkills: Experience managing a sales territory or customer portfolio independentlyCertifications: Industry training or certifications related to construction or roofing#LI-LK1#LI-RemotePay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $78,000-$97,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
