The Sales Operations Analyst will provide key business analysis to various sales leaders and work alongside critical sales partners to achieve targets, gain sales efficiency, and help scale the company without losing its culture.

Requirements

  • Measure the impact of operations and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while establishing priorities and producing deliverables
  • Communicate informed conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership and sales operational managers
  • Design and create models to solve business problems and integrate insights into regular operational reporting
  • Maintain and coordinate standard operating procedures, including updating files in a timely manner and coordinating the changes across systems
