Explore your future career  🔭 Malt is regularly hiring commercial profiles and we want to ensure they are equipped with all the relevant knowledge and skills before they join their team.  As part of the Planning, Transformation & Enablement team, you will act as the "Face of Malt" for every new commercial hire, owning the logistics and delivery of an onboarding experience that ensures every Malter feels prepared and skilled.  Your mission is to drive productivity by managing the entire ramp-up journey, from initial welcome to final onboarding certification (that we still need to create).
