Develops MV(Mid-voltage) solution business Sales through EPC and Contractors. A. Drives Solution Business through EPC and Projects B. Develops Consultant, contractor & EPC Approach for all Sector Projects mainly focus on Transformer and MV switchgear C. Lead in developing product application knowledge with customer a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS Diploma / Bachelor's degree, major in engineering or equivalent 3 years of Sales experince, preferrably in switchgears and transformers A. Network with EPCs, Contractors B. Network with Global EPCs C. Technical Selling for PDA F. Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model.
