Sales Manager-FX
Carrying out effective and efficient BDC Marketing and Sales for the organization ensuring the increase of the organization’s market share and hence the bottom-line.
Key responsibilities:
- Must be up to date on established conversion rates and CBN new guidelines and communicates to company’s customers accordingly.
- You will be driven to be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the business
- Attending meetings with other team members, involved in negotiating and opening trade accounts with corporate clients
- Responsible for generating and conducting face to face meetings with prospective clients
- Potential opportunity to grow out a team and assume managerial responsibilities if the desk revenue increases sufficiently
- Ensuring you are up to date with necessary compliance regulations
- Drive the new Business for Forex products directly by actively managing the sales process i.e. lead generation, Scheduling meetings, explaining the product, negotiation and closing.
- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients for future Forex needs.
- Develop overall BD strategic action plans to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Manage existing relationships to achieve 100% retention along with cross sell.
- Will be responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets.
- Will have to drive a profitable P&L with a sustained growth rate and increase in market share.
Key Capabilities:
- Must be experienced working in a senior sales role with high value clients
- Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Track record of providing excellent customer service in the process and driving customer advocacy and referrals
- Strong compliance awareness and understanding
Qualification & Experience
- First Degree from a reputable University
- At least 3 years work experience in BDC operations and sales.
