We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales Manager, to have real impact and bring Forever Caring to life.

This role is responsible for providing education on medical conditions, therapies, and company products to support customer understanding, product adoption, and patient outcomes. The position partners closely with customers, patients, and internal field teams to deliver effective education and clinical support.


 

In this role, you'll play a key part in sales team, working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Retail channel management: eCommerce and off-line dealers for retail market 

  • Maximizes the existing business channel potential and develops new dealer accounts to broaden the market coverage 

  • OTC channel management by having close collaboration with our exclusive distribution partner for pharmacy channel, and identifying another potential OTC partner 

  • Establishes a strategy for Semi hospitals and clinics 

  • Seeks for opportunities in a variety of untapped markets such as military, sports association, schools, senior home-care centers, etc. 

  • Project management: Customer engagement  

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. 

  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. 

  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.  

  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners. 

  • Those who are not disqualified from travelling abroad

  • Travel Requirements: Upon business needs, 20%~30%  

To be successful you will: 

  • Bachelor`s degree is required 

  • + 7 years work experience at multinational companies is preferred. 

  • + 10 years work experience of consumer goods promotion in OTC, Retail stores, or eCommerce channels is highly preferred 

  • Computer proficiency: MS-office  

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.  

  • Able to work independently in a task-oriented environment as well as able to work effectively within a team. 

  • Strong communication skill both verbal and written 

Language

  • Korean and English
