Sales Manager
We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Commercial Corrugated Finland team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Segment, Food & Beverage. The position is based in Finland, and we are flexible regarding the exact location.
As Sales Manager for Corrugated Finland, you have full commercial responsibility for your assigned customer portfolio and drive its performance in line with the overall commercial strategy. Your focus is on profitable growth, customer value creation and long‑term partnerships, applying our pricing models, managing capacity and ensuring disciplined execution across your accounts.
You actively identify and report business opportunities, risks and quotation outcomes, and plan and execute customer meetings and events in line with agreed guidelines and policies. Developing market and customer insights is a core part of the role, and you work closely with colleagues, your manager and internal stakeholders to strengthen market understanding and identify new growth opportunities.
When required, you initiate or support customer contract negotiations and ensure that customer interactions, activities and account plans are documented in our CRM system. Together with your manager, you actively build and follow up the opportunity pipeline, both with existing customers and through new business development.
You may also participate in selected development initiatives or projects as agreed with your manager. Through your contribution, you support strong customer relationships and the long‑term, profitable growth of Corrugated Finland, while executing the broader commercial agenda.
About you
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a solid understanding of sales and customer processes and experience in driving commercial development in a B2B environment. You are motivated by clear targets, accountability and the opportunity to create measurable business impact.
You bring:
- Strong business acumen, integrity and the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders
- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills, and confidence in customer dialogue
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across functions
- The ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure constructively
- A proactive approach, identifying opportunities for improvement and turning ideas into concrete actions that support profitable growth
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is required. Swedish is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of the packaging industry and its business context is an advantage
