Sales Manager

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Be responsible for managing international sales activities to meet or exceed regional and event targets.
  • Identify clients’ needs, maintain the relationship (mostly with senior positions) & increase the revenue with existing clients, deal with day-to-day clients’ requirements
  • Search and evaluate new prospects, build up exhibitor database, market research and develop relationships with potential clients in order to expand the customer network and company’s market share in local industry
  • Develop sales plans to do up-selling through sponsorship, advertising or integrated packages
  • Maintain good relationship with related Thailand & International organisations, develop brand awareness and industry specific knowledge, including competitor events, keep up to date & analyse competitors’ activities
  • Closely coordinate with the offices worldwide within network in managing exhibitions, agents for prospects, customer services
  • Analyse the show’s success and prepare reports, monitor after-sales services, compile and analyse sales figures for regional sales reports
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer information and notes within Salesforce (CRM system)
  • Capture and enter sales contract information into the CRM/ invoicing system, being in charge of exhibitors’ payment follow up.
  • Develop the brand and industry specific knowledge, including competitor events
  • Directly report to and assist Deputy Event Director in various matters of sales and event management
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

  • University diploma, major in business administration is a plus
  • Minimum Five (05) years’ experience in a B2B Sales Manager and proven ability to deliver or overachieve revenue targets
  • Strong experience in managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Speaking Mandarin is a plus
  • Ability to develop relationships at senior levels and manage customers’ needs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Presentable
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Target oriented
