Sales - Inside Sales Advisor, Seoul, Korea
Inside Sales Advisor’s key role is to contact, answer questions and engage with Tesla’s potential customers about vehicle purchase which also extends to educating and inspiring customers on Tesla’s products, vision and EV industry. The role also aims to generate and qualify the opportunity and schedule test drives to build up purchase pipeline via phone, email and chat.
- Respond to inbound leads to assess the customer's needs, qualify the opportunity and consultation in a timely and professional manner through phone, email and chat
- Schedule Test Drive appointment and manage event RSVPs
- Be responsible for individual pipelines to achieve monthly/quarterly sales and delivery goals
- Partner closely with the field sales, delivery and marketing team to achieve sales objectives and vehicle order and delivery targets
- Utilize a consistent contact process to follow-up, nurture, and close leads generated by web and marketing campaigns
- Keep track and maintain the integrity of our customer’ information in Tesla’s CRM system
- Maximize phone, email and chat time to adhere to activity metrics
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors
- 3+ years of working experience preferred
- University Degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability in a customer-facing environment
- Experience working in a customer-facing role a plus
- Ability to work on CRM systems
- Ability to engage and build connections with customers: you should be customer oriented with interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in time management and prioritization
