Your role
We are growing our Sales & Growth team with talents who are eager to build a career in consultative tech sales and want to make an impact by unleashing the full potential in our clients. You will create business collaborations and drive digital transformation by taking end-to-end ownership of the full client lifecycle:
Exploring the local tech scene & the latest industry trends
Reaching out and meeting with market leaders to build a strong client network
Understanding clients' needs and upcoming projects within digitalisation, and identifying collaboration possibilities
Proposing winning solutions in close collaboration with your clients, your team, and our tech consultants
Building & developing client relationships and becoming a long-term trusted contact for your clients
Ensuring successful client deliveries by building strong delivery teams
You will be surrounded by a team of 12 Engagement Search colleagues locally and some 100+ more globally. To enjoy and succeed in this role you will likely be a person who is energised by establishing & building relationships with new people, exploring the tech market, solving clients’ business challenges in different industries, and building a state of the art tech consultancy company. Recent MSc graduate (graduation in 2025 or spring 2026)
Verbal and written fluency in Finnish and English
Strong interpersonal communication, self-leadership and initiative skills
Relevant experience, for example within sales, customer success, start-ups, or business development
Passion for sales, networking, tech and business development
This role is a full-time position and requires working on-site
