JOIN US AS SALES EXECUTIVE – NETHERLANDS SOUTH  (Breda, ’s-Hertogenbosch & Nijmegen)

THE POSITION 

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to help drive commercial success for our hotels in the Southern Netherlands (Breda, 's-Hertogenbosch & Nijmegen). This is the perfect role for someone with 1–2 years of experience in sales (ideally in hospitality) who is ready to take the next step. 

You’ll support our regional sales efforts, build relationships with local clients, and contribute to the growth of our hotel B2B revenues. While you’ll focus on developing your skills and network, you’ll already be trusted with your own responsibilities and targets. 

You will report directly to the Sales Manager Netherlands South and work closely with our wider Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams. 

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Implement the account activation plan in your region, focusing on local SME (MKB) companies to drive sales of lodging, event venues, and services. 

  • Promote our unique meeting spaces, such as our state-of-the-art conference rooms, a rooftop terrace, and a chapel to potential clients for custom events. 

  • Build and maintain fruitful relationships with local businesses and organizations. 

  • Work closely with the hotel operational teams to bring the right clients to hotel and manager expectations.  

  • Work with Revenue and Reservations teams to maximize profitability. 

  • Represent Odyssey at networking events, site visits, and trade shows. 

  • Monitor market trends and contribute with new ideas. 

  • Consistently apply Odyssey’s sales processes and standards.
