Sales Executive

- Be at the heart of driving revenue across the MICE, Inbound Groups, and Leisure segments, connecting with clients and partners from around the world
- Develop and manage relationships with Leisure partners including Inbound Tour Operators, Travel Agents, International Tour Operators, DMCs, and MICE clients
- Actively source and convert new MICE business including corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and events
- Conduct regular sales calls, domestic sales trips, and represent Sofitel at key trade shows and industry events
- Work closely with the Accor Regional Sales team to ensure the hotel has access to key accounts and maximise all sales opportunities
- Play a hands-on role in developing, implementing, and monitoring the effectiveness of sales strategies
- Provide regular market intelligence to the ADOS and DOSM, including competitor insights and ongoing market activity
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships and develop plans to follow up on prospective clients
- Conduct FAMILs to build awareness of the hotel's products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the Accor Sales Force system

What you will bring to the role:
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and the world of MICE and Leisure travel
- Proven experience in sales, with confidence in conducting client calls, visits, and trade event representation
- The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and partners across domestic and international markets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with ease
- A results-driven mindset balanced with a genuine care for the people behind every booking
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to influence and inspire
