Job Objectives Ensure the provision of optimal customer service in terms of project coordination, service delivery, quality assurance, deadline compliance and cost control. Secure the most favorable pricing terms. Identify market developments from the perspectives of customers and competitors. Establish and maintain personal connections with customers to achieve departmental objectives. Oversee and commercially coordinate customer development and logistics activities both in the office and on-site, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop new customers and expand market share. Perform the functions of sales management in terms of operations and organizational structure. Job Responsibilities Formulate sales strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies based on the company’s strategic goals and market demands to achieve sales targets and market share growth. Lead the sales team: Manage and guide the domestic main engine business sales team, set sales targets, formulate sales plans, and provide necessary guidance and support to ensure the team’s efficient operation and the achievement of sales performance. Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain sound relationships with key customers, understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Market development: Explore new market opportunities and sales channels, expand the customer network, build new partnership relationships, and increase the market share of the main engine business. Cross-departmental collaboration: Cooperate with other departments including R D, production and supply chain to ensure on-time product delivery and customer satisfaction.
