Sales Development Specialist (Night Shift)

Why is this role important to Field Nation?  The Sales Development Specialist is the first point of contact for prospects entering the Field Nation ecosystem. This is a highly sales-driven, communication-intensive role requiring hands-on experience engaging US buyers over the phone. The person in this role will also help define best practices, call frameworks, and qualification standards as the team scales in Bangladesh.  This will help us establish our sales development function in Bangladesh, and is essential to ensuring a seamless prospect experience and maximizing the conversion of hand-raisers into high-value customers. The Sales Development Specialist is part of the Revenue Marketing team and is critical for supporting pipeline conversion and buyer success through timely follow-up, qualification, and effective lead routing. This position is an excellent opportunity for professionals aiming to grow into sales, customer-facing roles, or demand generation, with potential for future advancement into outbound prospecting.
