YOUR JOB

You are the first and most crucial point of contact for potential enterprise clients. With precise pitches, you spark interest among department heads and C-level executives right from the initial outreach. Your mission is to identify needs through smart engagement and technical insight, generating high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

  • Identifying potential B2B clients and targeted outreach to various senior decision-makers (IT, Procurement, Legal, HR, Logistics) using our CRM, Dealfront, or online research via phone, email and social selling

  • Developing and implementing outbound lead generation strategies in close coordination with your Team Lead

  • Connecting with potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling on professional networks

  • Analyzing customer needs and positioning tailored solution scenarios

  • Maintaining data in our CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Executive

  • Independent appointment coordination and proactive support throughout the entire sales process, including the management of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

  • Scaling the SDR function as one of the first Outbound SDRs in the team, helping us reach the next level

  • Long-term perspective: We offer the opportunity to take over the coordination of our external service providers and agencies, eventually leading our Inside Sales operations holistically
