Authentic8 has an immediate opening for a Commercial Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and targeted outreach. This is an opportunity to engage with security, intelligence, and risk professionals across commercial organizations and introduce them to a highly differentiated platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) and inbound lead follow-up
  • Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders, including security, intelligence, and risk professionals, and tailor outreach accordingly
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, qualify interest, and clearly articulate Authentic8’s value proposition
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives, ensuring strong context and alignment
  • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation goals and key performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and opportunity tracking in Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends in cybersecurity and digital investigations
  • Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and account research in a defined ICP
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Sandler) and a willingness to learn and apply new approaches
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong objection handling and active listening
  • Comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Curious, proactive, and resilient mindset with a desire to continuously improve
  • Salary

    $55,00 plus commission
