GoodRec is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and support our continued growth. In this role, you’ll help expand our network of sports facilities and organizers by identifying new opportunities, starting conversations, and qualifying leads. You’ll work closely with our Regional Managers to ensure each market has a strong pipeline of potential partners.

What you’ll do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Identify New Partners: Research and reach out to sports facilities and organizers who could be a good fit for GoodRec.

  • Support Regional Managers: Work closely with Regional Managers by qualifying leads and helping build a consistent pipeline for their markets.

  • Outbound Outreach: Connect with potential partners through calls, emails, and social outreach to book introductory meetings.

  • Market Research: Help identify growth opportunities in specific regions by gathering insights on local sports communities.

  • CRM Updates: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of outreach and lead activity to support smooth handoffs across the team.
