Specific responsibilities:
•    Drive technical penetration activity of OFI, LIT, Nanoprober and CTS projects pipeline, manage the key sales development projects and value selling to ensure the key projects in good shape, on track and deliver the target revenue growth.
•    Lead and execute our strategy plan to penetrate new market, new application and new product for target market segments especially Regional Fab, Service labs, Power Semi, Advanced Packaging.
•    Interface with sales, marketing, application and Nano Port team and manage the successful solution of demo evaluation and customer support issues.
•    Drive the activity of competitive analysis and ThermoFisher EFA/CTS product strategy to ensure a clear and highly efficient selling activities; Drive HVP collection and value-added workflow development at emerging markets to create differentiate value setting;   
•    Conduct the best practice sharing and replicating successful sales development model from one BU to another. including creative new workflow and differentiated value selling strategy to create additional revenue growth for ThermoFisher China;
The Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:
•    Typically requires preferred MS degree in semiconductor, micro-electronics and/or Physics.
•    3-4 years experience of application, product marketing or business development in EFA/CTS such as OFI/Lock-in thermal/Nanoprobing and CTS (ESD, latch up, etcs).
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required.
•    Knowledge on semiconductor devices/ materials/ process flow/ FA workflow is a plus.
•    Demonstrated coordination skills to work through matrix organization in local and in global capability / experiences.
•    Experience with project management.
•    Demonstrates a sense of urgency, contagious optimism and a “can do” attitude.
•    50% travel is required on periodic basis.
•    Excellent customer interfacing skills a must.
